Required:
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting (construction/home services experience a strong asset)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organization and time management
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Positive, professional, and persuasive demeanor
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work weekdays and occasional evenings/weekends (based on client preference)
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Familiarity with construction/landscaping services or terminology
- Experience working remotely in a structured appointment-setting role
- Contact and follow up with inbound leads via phone, email, and text to qualify interest and schedule appointments.
- Conduct outbound outreach to cold, warm, or referred leads from campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain the CRM with detailed notes, lead status, and follow-up timelines.
- Use provided scripts and workflows to guide conversations while adapting to client responses.
- Coordinate calendars and ensure appointments are properly handed off to sales staff.
- Follow up with unresponsive leads in a systematic and friendly manner.
- Meet weekly KPIs related to calls, bookings, and conversion ratios.
- Report lead trends and provide insights to improve outreach strategies.
